随着教育进入新的大发展阶段，文凭贬值问题日益凸显。文凭贬值促使了与其相关的一系列教育和社会问题的产生。导致文凭贬值的主要因素有文凭的社会价值因素、高校扩招因素、文凭追求冲突下的“合理”策略因素以及就业市场对文凭消化的不足等。文凭贬值对教育和社会有很大的影响。

As education has entered a new phase of great development, the depreciation of diplomas has become an increasingly prominent problem. Diploma devaluation prompts a series of education and social problems related to depreciation. This paper analyzes the main factors leading to diploma devaluation： social value factor, university expansion factor, ＂reasonable＂ strategy factor under conflict of diplomas and inadequate digestion of employment market to diplomas. Also, the paper analyzes the impact on education and society .
