摘要
学校人文管理是学校管理的重要因素之一，要实现科学的学校管理，离不开学校管理的人文化。探讨了学校人文管理的内涵、内容、基本策略，提出了学校人文管理的科学方法。
School＇s humanity management is an important element of school management. It is inseparable from human culture to achieve scientific school management. This paper is trying to address the school＇s humanity management from concept, content and basic strategies and find out scientific methods which are really fit for school＇s humanity management ultimately.
