Teacher is the key to the implement of new curriculum reform. Teachers must have been based on the strategies of short-time self-training outside school, practical study and teachers＇ self-development, through those four aspects that is professional idea, knowledge, skill and ethics, in order to improve teachers＇ self-quality and make sure the new curriculum implement smoothly.
