普通高校体育科研合作网络结构知识转换层次的研究

A Study on the Team Structure of Sports Research in Colleges and Universities at the Level of Knowledge Transformation

以《体育科学》1999-2008年合作论文为研究对象,参照知识管理相关理论,运用社会网络的小团体分析法,对普通高校体育科研合作网络结构中知识转换的三个层次进行分析讨论,找出普通高校体育科研合作中知识共享的障碍,为提高普通高校体育科研绩效提供参考依据。

This paper analyzes the collaborative papers published in China Sports Science from 1999 to 2008,and on the basis of theories related to knowledge management it studies three levels of knowledge transformation of the team structure of sports research in colleges and universities by using the method of small group,which aims to find out the obstacles of knowledge sharing in the collaborative sports research in colleges and universities and to provide a reference for establishing a physical education research team in colleges and universities.
