摘要
简述了现行的几种围岩支护理论及其适用范围,并对当前所开展的试验研究和有限元分析成果进行了总结.理论分析和试验研究表明,薄壁钢管混凝土具有独特的优越性,但需要设置合理的构造措施保证其承载力的稳定发挥.将薄壁钢管混凝土用于巷道支护,与普通的型钢支架相比,具有承载力高、成本低、与围岩的协同作用好等优势,但仍有许多关键技术问题亟待解决,如薄壁钢管混凝土与围岩的耦合作用、适用于工程实践的简化计算方法等.最后对今后的研究工作提出了展望.
The current theories of tunnel supporting and their application conditions were brief introduced.Experimental studies and results of finite element analysis were also summarized.It was concluded that conc rete-filled thin-walled steel tubes had many advantages,but some structural measures had to be taken to ensure their bearing capacity.Using concrete-filled thin-walled steel tubes as tunnel supporting was of higher carrying capacity,lower cost and cooperating well with surrounding rocks compared with common steel supporting.But there were also some critical problem needed to be solved inc luding the coupling between concrete-filled thin-walled steel tubes and surrou nding rocks,the simplified calculation methods suitable for practice,and so on.Finally,the future prospects of researches were proposed.
