Expression of Estrogen Receptorβ (ERβ) in the PVN and Hippocampus of Depressed Rats

摘要 为观察ERβ在抑郁模型大鼠下丘脑PVN和海马表达的变化,我们采用慢性轻度不可预见性刺激结合孤养方式建立抑郁症模型,利用免疫组织化学方法标记ERβ。结果显示,ERβ免疫阳性神经元在正常大鼠大脑皮层、下丘脑PVN和海马CA1、DG区均可见。ERβ染色主要位于胞质、突起以及胞核。与对照组相比较,ERβ免疫阳性细胞染色强度在实验组大脑皮层、下丘脑PVN和海马CA1、DG区等均明显减弱。提示,抑郁症不但与雌激素减少有关,且可能与其受体表达减少有关。 To observe the Estrogen of Receptor β(ERβ)expression in the brain of depression model.The combination of chronic unpredictable mild depression solitary approach was used to building the models of depressed rats.Using immunohistochemical methods,ERβ were marked.The results showed that ERβ immunoreactive neurons were expressed in normal rats and depressed rats in cortex,PVN,hippocampal CA1 and DG areas.ERβ staining in the control group was distinctly thickening than in experimental group,suggesting that depression is not only has relationship with reduced estrogen but also with reduced ER.
