Structure and Force Analysis of Discharging Machine and Charging Machine of Annulus Furnace

本文对环形炉装、出料机的组成结构、用途作了简要介绍,指出了装、出料机结构及工作原理上的相同点和不同点。以出料机为主,装料机为辅,着重对出料机的夹钳机构的夹紧力、提升机构等进行了受力分析,并推导出计算公式。以某钢厂环形炉出料机为例,对回转支承的承载能力、行走小车电机功率进行了验算校核,本文具有实用价值,可供设计借鉴参考。

The structures and functions of charging machine and discharging machine of annular heating furnace,as well as their common points and differences on structure and working principle are briefly introduced in this paper.Force analysis is conducted mainly for clamping force and lifting device of clamp mechanism of discharging machine and calculation formula is derived.External steel discharging machine of annular furnace is taken as example to check the load capacity of slewing bearing,motor power of walking car and selection of hydraulic cylinder.This paper can be used as design reference for its practical value.
