摘要
文章叙述了国外公共图书馆立法的概况,梳理了我国公共图书馆的相关政策法规,旨在借鉴国外先进经验,结合我国图书馆事业发展现状,探讨公共图书管理立法存在的障碍,为我国图书馆立法提供可行性建议。
The paper narrates the survey of the foreign public library legistration and summarizes the related policies and rules of law in our public libraries.The purpose is to draw lessons from the advanced foreign experience.It also proves up the barriers in the public library legistration conbined with the present situation of development of our library cause and puts forward the feasible suggestions for our library legistration.
