摘要
国有企业是国家经济发展的支柱,企业职工素质的提高事关国有企业的国际竞争力,而高素质职工的培养在于国有企业培训管理工作水平的提高。有必要在总结国有企业近十年来培训管理工作的基础上,针对存在的问题,从理论和实践两个层面对培训管理工作进行思考,探索适应国有企业发展需要的培训管理创新对策。
The state-owned enterprises are the pillar of the national economy development and the improvement of the quality of company workers bears the international competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.The cultivation of qualified workers of state-owned enterprises is raising the level of training management.Therefore,it is necessary for us to think deeply about the measures of training management innovation which the state-owned enterprise development needs based on the conclusion of the state-owned enterprise training management of nearly 10 years in resonse to the existing problems,from two aspects of theory and practice for training management work.
