摘要
民办教育的发展水平与民办教育法制建设的科学性程度及相应政策环境的好坏是密不可分的。我国民办教育法制建设取得了巨大成就,也存在着一些需要进一步研究和解决的问题。现阶段应当进一步加快和完善我国民办教育法制体系,为民办教育的健康发展创造一个良好的外部环境。
The development level of non-government funded education is closely related with the scientificity of the legal system construction for it.Great achievements have been made in the legal system construction for non-government funded education in our country,but there are still some problems to further studied and solved.Therefore,we should further accelerate and perfect the legal system for our non-government funded education so as to create a favorable external environment for its healthy development.
