摘要
面对法理学教学中的现实困境,讨论式教学的施行和改进具有很强的针对性和现实意义。实施讨论式教学,诸教学环节必须认真、细致,同时相关工作也要予以改进和创新,才能取得良好的教学效果。
Facing the present dilemma in the teaching of Jurisprudence,the implementation and improvement of the seminar teaching mode has great pertinence and practical significance.In order to get good teaching effects,the stages and steps of the seminar teaching mode must be carefully and precisely designed with improvements and innovations made to some related work.
