摘要
目的调查分析急诊科护理人员工作压力现状和相关因素。方法采取方便抽样法对22名急诊科护士进行护士工作压力源量表问卷调查,并对不同编制、学历、职称、班次[A班(08:00-15:00)、P班(15:00-22:00)、N班(22:00-08:00)]的急诊科护士的护士工作压力源量表评分进行比较。结果急诊科护士群体排在前两位的压力因素是病人护理方面的问题、工作量及时间分配的问题。不同编制、学历、职称、班次的急诊科护士的护士工作压力源量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),提示急诊科聘用护士、大学本科及以上学历护士、低职称护士以及值P、N班护士的工作压力程度较重。结论护理管理者应根据护士的不同编制、学历、职称、班次有针对性地给予减压措施,减轻影响护士身心健康因素,以提高临床护理工作质量。
Objective To investigate the job stress among nursing staff in emergency department and its related factors.Methods Twenty-two nurses in emergency department were recruited using a convenience sampling method,and job stress was assessed using nursing stressor scale questionnaires.Job stressor scale scores were compared among nurses with different regimentation,educational background,job title and work shift.Results The first two stress factors were patient care,and workload and time allocation.There were significant differences in job stressor scale scores among nurses with different regimentation,educational background,job title,and work shift(shift A:08:00-15:00,shift P:15:00-22:00,shift N:22:00-08:00)(all P0.05).Employed regimentation,bachelor degree or above,lower job title,and shift P and N were associated with higher levels of job stress in emergency nurses.Conclusion Nurse managers should take measures to reduce job stress according to different regimentation,educational background,job title and work shift,in order to improve the quality of clinical nursing work.
