摘要
开发了基于叠层型高阶矢量有限元法的微波管输入输出窗模拟器。该模拟器能够准确计算S参数,给出任意工作频点的场图,并能较目前常用的商业仿真软件缩短计算时间。叠层基函数的使用主要有以下两个优势:①有效地消除了伪解,提高了矩阵性态;②提高了效率,减少了CPU计算时间。通过对微波管中典型的50Ω同轴线输入、输出结构进行仿真求解,将得到的S参数与目前大型商业仿真软件HFSS与CST MWS的仿真结果进行比较,验证了窗模拟器计算的准确性;更重要的是证明了窗模拟器在仿真微波管输入、输出结构时间上的优势。
A universal computing simulator for input/output-window of microwave tubes has been developed,based on the hierarchical and high order vector finite-element methods.This simulator is able to calculate S parameters accurately,to plot the electromagnetic fields in any frequency and to decrease the simulating time when comparing with the present popular commercial simulators.The application of hierarchical basis functions has the following main advantages: 1) availably eliminating spurious modes or non-physical solutions and improving the quality of matrix;2) promoting the efficiency and reducing the CPU time.By simulating the typical input and output ports with 50 ohm coaxial line of microwave tubes,the resulting S parameters are compared with HFSS and CST MWS,so that the accuracy of windows simulator has been validated.It is more important that the predominance in the simulation time of windows simulator has been shown when calculating the input/output structure for microwave tubes.
