摘要
根据我国行政效能监察发展趋势及中国热带农业科学院效能监察现状,从海南和农业部等电子监察系统建设情况,以及热科院开展电子监察基本条件等角度对热科院行政效能监察电子监察可行性进行探讨,并提出热科院行政审批电子监察系统建设初级阶段的几点建议。
The feasibility of electronic supervision of administrative efficiency of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences （CATAS） is discussed in view of the development trend of administrative efficiency supervision in China and the present status of the supervision of administrative efficiency at CATAS. Advices are given for the construction of electronic supervision system of administrative efficiency of CATAS.
