政府采购廉政风险防控机制研究

A Risk Prevention Mechanism for Honest and Clean Administration in Government Procurement

随着政府采购力度逐年加大,防范在政府采购过程中产生腐败行为,是当前党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的一项重要任务。本文认为,推行廉政风险防控机制,要从政府采购权力运行的关键部位和关键环节进行廉政风险排查,有针对性地制定廉政风险防控措施,加强廉政风险监督检查等方面入手,才能最大限度地减少和降低权力腐败的发生和危害程度,达到风险防范的目的。
