摘要
用气相色谱法,以三氟氯氰菊酯为内标,苯为提取液,用电子捕获检测器测定大鼠血浆中氰戊菊酯。方法简便、快速,回收率为99 % ,变异系数为10-3 % (n = 7) ,血浆中氰戊菊酯检出限为0-039 m g/ L(p = 0-01)
A gas chromatographic method is presented for the measurement of fenvalerate in rat plasma.Cyhalothrin was used as internal standard benzene was used for extraction,and the extract was determined with electron capture detector.The method is simple and rapid.The recovery is 99%,the coefficient of variation is 10 3%,and the detection limit is 0 039mg/L.
