On Construction of Employment- oriented English Vocational Competency Systematized Curriculum Teaching Mode

以就业为导向的高职英语能力系统化课程（EVCSCUM）是以多元能力价值为取向，以项目为载体，融‘教学做’为一体，实施动态评价的课程教学整合模式。EVCSCUM课程基于工作过程分析，依据语用需求，构建“基础交际能力＋商务交际能力＋业务场景应用能力”的“三段一体式”课程体系，以项目和任务为节点重构课程内容，实施体验式的项目驱动教学。

EVCSCUM is a diverse value oriented curriculum, which integrates teaching, learning and doing together by means of projects. EVCSCUM is based on the needs of practical language use and determined by the analysis of work process. It is a curriculum system integrating three modules of English competence from the basic communicative skills to business communicative competence and language applied competence in industry context. It rearranges curriculum contents by means of projects and tasks and advocates project - driven experiencing teaching as the way to improve students English competence at vocational colleges.
