借词的本地化现象既是语言上的,也是文化上的。"汉语借词"在英语里的骤增从一个侧面反映了中国文化与世界的沟通渠道正日趋宽阔和由文化所代表的软实力正日趋增强。本文从词源和语义两个视角,对英语中出现的各种汉语借词的构成予以分析和归类,试图探讨和研究汉语对英语语言的影响,以及汉语借词与文化的特殊关系。

The nativization of borrowing words is both linguistic and cultural. The upsurge of words borrowed from Chinese, on the one hand, reflects that the communications between Chinese culture and the world are being broadened and the soft power represented by the culture is being reinforced. This article intends to analyze, f^m etymological and seman- tic perspectives, the formation and classification of the words borrowed from Chinese in the English language to pry into impact of Chinese language on English and the special relationship between the borrowed Chinese words with culture.
