目的:促进我国药品突发事件应急体系的建立和完善。方法:对国内公共卫生突发事件应急体系的相关文献进行分析。结果与结论:我国药品突发事件应急管理体系应按照综合化要求建立应急管理体制机制、构建和完善突发事件预警系统以及突发事件应急系统。

Objective ：To promote the establishment and improvment of China＇s drug emergency response system. Methods ：Analyse the interrelated literatures of domestic public health emergency response system.Results And Conclusion ：we should follow the comprehensive requires to establish the emergency management system and mechanism, build and improve the emergency warning system and emergency response system in China＇s drug emergency response management system.
