雌激素补充治疗对绝经后2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗及脂代谢的影响

The effect of nilestriol replacement therapy on insulin resistance and lipid metabolism of type 2 diabetes mellitus in postmenopausal women

目的:探讨应用尼尔雌醇雌激素补充治疗(ERT)对绝经后2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)及脂代谢的影响。方法:30例绝经后妇女T2DM患者,给予尼尔雌醇口服(2mg/2w)6个月作ERT,分别于治疗前后测定空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(FIns)、血脂,稳态模型评估胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、β细胞功能(HOMA-β)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI),评估胰岛β细胞分泌功能。结果:ERT后FBG、FIns、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、HOMA-IR明显下降;而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、HOMA-β、ISI明显升高。结论:ERT治疗能明显改善绝经后T2DM患者胰岛素抵抗和血脂紊乱。

Objective：To investigate the effect of nilestriol replacement therapy（ERT） on insulin resistance（IR） and lipid metabolism of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） in postmenopausal women.Methods：30 cases of postmenopausal women with T2DM were included.Each patient had taken nylestriol（2 mg,twice one month） for 6 months.The levels of serum fasting blood glucose（FBG）,fasting insulin（FIns）,blood lipid were measured before and after ERT.The assessments of isletβcell function include insulin resistance index（HOM-IR）,β-cell function（HOMA-β）,insulin sensitivity index（ISI）.Results：After ERT,the levels of FBG,FIns,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,HOMA-IR were decreased obviously,while the levels of high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,HOMA-β,ISI were increased significantly.Conclusion：ERT trERTment can improve insulin resistance and dyslipidemia of T2DM in postmenopausal women.
