微创入路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰段骨折体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨微创椎旁肌间隙入路治疗胸腰段骨折的临床价值,优缺点和手术技巧。方法:胸腰段椎体骨折手术患者41例,无神经损伤症状,不需行椎板切除减压;手术经椎旁肌间隙入路20例,传统后正中入路21例,均进行随访。结果:手术均取得满意效果。结论:与传统后路手术相比,椎旁肌间隙入路手术具有操作简单,置钉容易,时间短,术中出血少,明显减低了手术创伤导致的椎旁肌的退变和术后腰背痛的发生率,符合微创理念。
