微波治疗耳廓假性囊肿50例疗效观察

Microwave treatment of auricular pseudocyst 50 cases

目的:观察微波治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效,并与手术开窗方法作比较。方法:100例耳廓假性囊肿患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,治疗组采用WB-100型微波多功能治疗仪治疗,对照组采用手术开窗治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果:痊愈率:治疗组60.00%,对照组40.00%,两组相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。总有效率:治疗组92.00%,对照组74.00%,两组相比也有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:微波治疗耳廓假性囊肿临床疗效显著,优于手术开窗治疗。

Objective：To observe the microwave treatment of the clinical effect of auricular pseudocyst,and compared with surgical fenestration method.Methods：100 cases of auricular pseudocyst were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases treated with WB-100 type Microwave therapy for the treatment,control group treated with surgical fenestration,two groups were compared the clinical observation effect.Results：The cure rate in treatment group,60.00% and 40.00% in control group,two groups were significantly different than the rate（P0.05）.The total effective rate was 92.00% in treatment group,control group was 74.00%.There is still a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Microwave treatment of auricular pseudocyst clinical efficacy was superior to surgical fenestration.
