扩张型心肌病与细胞因子基因多态性研究进展

摘要
扩张型心肌病（Dilated cardiomyopathy,DCM）是一种以单侧或双侧心腔扩大,心肌收缩功能减退,伴或不伴有充血性心力衰竭为主要特征的心肌疾病。临床表现主要为进行性心力衰竭、心律失常、血栓栓塞,甚或猝死,到目前来说尚缺乏特异性治疗，预后极差。
