摘要
在分析目前潞安矿区锚索支护存在问题的基础上,介绍了对锚索支护机理的新认识;论述了高强度锚索支护参数的选取,确定了锚索预应力、直径、强度与长度的取值范围,以及合理的布置方式.在潞安矿区大断面开切眼、强烈动压影响巷道等困难条件下进行了高预应力、高强度锚索支护试验.采用数值模拟结合已有的经验确定出比较合理的支护设计,井下应用中有效控制了围岩强烈变形.强烈动压影响巷道变形比原支护降低90%,顶板离层几乎为0.高强度锚索为潞安矿区复杂困难巷道支护提供了有效手段.
New understanding about the supporting mechanism of cables is introduced based on analyzing the existing cable bolting problems of roadways in Lu'an coal mining area;the selection of cable bolting parameters with high strength is discussed,and the ranges of cable pretension,diameter,strength,length and its rational layout determined.The high pretension and strength cable bolting is used to reinforce the complicated roadway in Lu'an mining area,including the open-off cut with a large section,and the entry affected by strong dynamic pressure.The bolting is designed according to numerical simulation and previous experiences,which effectively controlls the large displacement of surrounding rock mass.The displacements decrease by 90% with almost no separation in roof in the entry affected by strong dynamic pressure.The high strength cable bolting provides an effective approach to tackle the complicated roadway reinforcement in Lu'an mining area.
