露点间接-直接蒸发冷却空调特性及换热分析 被引量:5

摘要 从热质交换和流体力学的角度分别对露点间接-直接蒸发冷却空调机组的结构和原理进行了分析.结果表明这种空调机组与传统露点间接蒸发冷却器相比,温降幅度大,可以进一步逼近室外空气的露点温度,是露点间接蒸发冷却技术的一个新发展.同时利用降液膜蒸发理论和界面汽化热阱效应对蒸发冷却传热传质过程的影响进行了分析,指出其对蒸发界面均起到强化传热的作用,进而加强了基于露点板式间接两级蒸发冷却空调机组的温降效果. From the view of heat and mass transfer and fluid mechanics,the structure and principle of the dew point indirect with direct evaporative cooling air conditioning unit were analyzed.The result shows that it makes more temperature drop compared with the traditional dew point indirect evaporative cooler,thus it is much closer to the dew point temperature of outdoor air.This is a new development of dew point indirect evaporative cooling technique.With the falling film evaporation theory and the interfacial vaporization hot trap,the effect on heat and mass transfer of the evaporative cooling process is studied.It point out that there is an reinforcement of heat transfer on evaporative surface,which further strengthen the temperature drop effect of the dew point indirect with direct evaporative cooling air conditioning unit.
