摘要
针对某矿用防爆轴流式主通风机经常出现叶柄断裂的现象,用有限元技术分析了该型号风机叶轮的动静态力学特性,找出叶柄断裂的原因并提出叶轮设计的改进措施。使用UG软件建立叶轮的三维模型,基于有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench(AWE)进行计算模态分析和结构静力学分析,得到了该叶轮的动静态力学特性,结果表明:叶柄的断裂是由于叶轮容易工作在共振频率范围内和叶柄结构存在应力集中的原因。最后提出了防止叶柄发生断裂的改进措施,采用改进措施后,消除了叶柄断裂的现象。
Petiole of mine-used explosion-proof axial fan often has the fracture problems.To find out the reasons and improvement measures for petioles fracture phenomenon,author analyzed the dynamic and static mechanical properties of the fan's impeller by finite element technology.In order to get the dynamic and static mechanical properties of the impeller,author used UG software to build 3D model of the impeller,made its modal analysis and structural static analysis based on finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench(AWE).The results showed that petiole fracture was easily due to the impeller woring in the resonance frequency range and the existence of stress concentration in the petiole's structure.Finally,author proposed several measures to prevent the fracture problems of petioles,and the test of the company certified that the measures were effective.
