盐酸米多君联合左旋卡尼丁治疗透析相关性低血压的疗效观察

Combined use of midodrine hydrochloride and L-carnitine in intradialytic hypotension

目的观察盐酸米多君和左旋卡尼丁联用治疗血液透析相关性低血压(IDH)的疗效。方法 162例IDH患者随机分为对照组、米多君组及联合治疗组(米多君+左旋卡尼丁),观察各组患者的疗效、血压及生化指标变化。结果联合治疗组的疗效及血压稳定最好,白蛋白、前白蛋白、C反应蛋白含量比对照组和米多君组显著改善(P<0.01或0.05)。结论联用盐酸米多君和左旋卡尼丁是治疗IDH的安全、有效方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of combined use of midodrine hydrochloride and L-carnitine in intradialytic hypotension （IDH）. Methods A total of 162 IDH cases were randomly divided into control group, midodrine group and combined treatment group （midodrine plus L-carnitine）. Therapeutic efficacy, blood pressure and biochemical indexes were observed. Results Therapeutic effect and blood pressure maintenance were most satisfactory in combined treatment group, and serum contents of albumin, prealbumin and C-reactive protein in combined treatment group were higher than those in midodrine and control groups （P0.01 or 0.05）. Conclusion Combined application of midodrine hydrochloride and L-carnitine is safe and effective in treatment of IDH.
