锁定加压接骨板治疗下肢长骨开放性骨折体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的总结锁定加压接骨板(LCP)治疗下肢长骨开放性骨折的经验。方法 2008年3月至2010年3月,应用小切口切开复位或经皮微创复位(MIPO)锁定加压接骨板治疗股骨、胫骨骨折共38例。结果随访8~28个月,患者平均骨折愈合时间为(13.1±2.6)周,除1例发生伤口感染外,所有患者锁定接骨板及螺钉均无松动、断裂,骨折愈合后小腿X线片显示骨折无缩短、成角、旋转移位。结论应用锁定加压接骨板治疗下肢长骨开放性骨折是一种安全稳定、疗效满意的手术治疗。
