Delta样配体4/Notch信号通路与血管新生的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 Delta样配体4(Delta-like ligand 4,Dll4)是Notch信号转导通路中的一个重要配体,在胚胎和成年动物血管形成过程中发挥重要作用。D114/Notch信号通路参与缺血后损伤血管的修复和肿瘤血管形成,有望成为新的抗肿瘤血管新生的生物学治疗靶点。本文就Dll4/Notch信号通路在血管新生中的作用及调控作一综述。
