基于并行式绿色设计的冲模产品开发

摘要 以并行技术为基础的绿色设计是对模具开发设计及其相关环节并行处理,即设计过程的并行化、集成化的绿色设计。采用先进的设计人员组合建立模具并行式绿色设计模式,应用较为典型的先进制造技术以提高经济效益、减少环境影响,通过通信网络技术、多媒体技术、绿色设计技术和产品数据管理系统,构成模具开发数据共享平台,进行生产调度、质量控制、成本核算、管理约束、评价与审核等。 The green design based on parallel-style introduced in this paper is a parallel processing with die development and design and its resource commitment, which is a parallel and integrated green design of the design process. This green design, which adopts advanced designers to establish die parallel-style green design pattern, and applies relatively typical advanced manufacturing technology to increase economic efficiency, and reduce the impact on the environment, and forms die development's data share platform by way of using communication network and multimedia and green design technology and Product Data Management (PDM) system, can take product planning, quality control, cost accounting, evaluation and auditing.
