补阳还五汤配合丁咯地尔治疗脑梗塞32例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Treating Cerebral Infarction by BuYangHuanWu Oceoction and Buflomedil in 32 Patients

目的:观察补阳还五汤和丁咯地尔治疗脑梗塞的疗效。方法:将64例脑梗塞患者随机分成治疗组与对照组。每组32例,对照组进行西医常规治疗。治疗组加用补阳还五汤和丁咯地尔注射液,并在48小时后开始康复治疗。所有患者均于治疗前及治疗30天后进行疗效评分,运用简式Fugl-M efer运动功能评分法(Fugl-M efer Assess-m ent FMA)评定偏瘫侧的肢体运动功能;运用改良Barthel指数(Mod ified Barthel Index MB I)评定日常生活活动能力。结果:治疗组与对照组差异且有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤和丁咯地尔注射液能够有效的促进脑梗塞患者恢复健康,对其提高生活质量优于西药常规治疗。

Objective：Observing the efficacy of BuYangHuanWu Oceoction and Buflomedil in treat cerebral infarction.Methods：64 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and contrastgroup.each group had 32 cases.The contrast group used the conventional therapy by modern medicine.The treatment group first added BuYangHuanWu Oecoction and Buflomedil to the conventional therapy by modern medicine;second used the treatment of rehabilitation after 48 hours.All of the patients were assessed by Fugl-Mofer Assessment（FMA） on hemiplegia side of the body movement functions and Modified Barthel Index（MBI） on daily activities ability before the treatment and 30 days after the treatment.Treatment group and contrd group had difference and statistical significance.（P0.01） Conclusion： Add BuYangHuanWu Oecoction and Buflomedil to the conventional therapy by modern medicine can improve the efficacy of cerebral infarction.
