摘要
回顾了"祁红"栽培、加工等科技发展历程,阐述了科技创新对"祁红"发展的推动作用。针对当今"祁红"发展现状和存在的问题,提出了3点"祁红"可持续性发展策略:①以科技创新为动力推动"祁红"发展;②保持生态优势,促进"祁红"可持续发展;③培育龙头企业,提升品牌竟争力。
This article reviewes cultivation and processing technological development courses of "Qimen black tea" which play positive role in development of "Qimen Black Tea".Suggestions to solve the present problems are proposed,i.e.,Innovation of technology,protection of environment to achieve sustainable development,and giving aid to leading enterprises and brand construction.
