摘要
为改善碳酸二甲酯(DMC),对CO2气体的吸收性能,降低溶剂成本,在DMC中添加一定量的氨水、助溶剂形成拟均相混合CO2吸收剂。用恒定容积法考察了不同条件下(助溶剂的类型、二乙二醇乙醚的比例、氨水的质量分数、氨水的比例和温度)混合溶剂(DMC+质量分数10%氨水+二乙二醇乙醚)的CO2吸收性能。结果表明:低压时,随着氨水质量分数的增大,CO2在DMC混合溶剂中的溶解度增大。常压下,CO2在DMC、质量分数10%氨水和二乙二醇乙醚的体积比为70∶15∶15中的溶解度比CO2在DMC中的溶解度提高了3倍以上。
To enhance CO2 solubility in solvent and reduce the costs of solvent,a certain amount of aqueous ammonia and cosolvent were added into dimethyl carbonate(DMC) to form quasi-homogeneous mixed CO2 absorbent.The performance of mixed solvents(DMC + mass fraction 10% aqueous ammonia + diethylene glycol monoethyl ether) was tested by the constant volume method under the different conditions,such as kinds of cosolvent,ratio of diethylene glycol ether,mass fraction of aqueous ammonia,aqueous ammonia ratio and temperature.The results show that the solubility of CO2 in DMC mixed with the other solvent increases with rise of ammonia mass fraction.Under normal pressure,the solubility of CO2 in the mixed solvents of V(DMC) ∶ V(10% aqueous ammonia) ∶ V(diethylene glycol monoethyl ether) =70 ∶ 15 ∶ 15 is 3 times higher than that in DMC.
