摘要
煤制油过程中会产生大量含有均四甲苯和偏三甲苯的副产品,基于此混合物中各种物质的沸点和熔点的差异,设计了利用精馏和重结晶技术对其进行处理,以山西某煤制油项目的煤制油副产品为原料,利用小型的实验装置处理之后得到均四甲苯和偏三甲苯的质量分数分别达到了99%和94.85%。之后,采用Aspen Plus软件对精馏分离过程进行了模拟计算,设计了三塔精馏分离的工业化实验装置,最后得到的均四甲苯和偏三甲苯的质量分数达到67.52%和98.19%,用甲苯对均四甲苯进行重结晶处理之后,其纯度完全可以达到95%以上。
Lots of by-products containing a large amount of durene and 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene may formed in the process of coal to gasoline.Based on the different melting and boiling points of the components,the methods including distillation and crystallization were proposed to purify the mixture.With the by-products from coal to gasoline project in Shanxi province as the raw materials,and using a small-scale experimental device,the mass fraction of durene and 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene obtained can reach 99% and 94.85% respectively.Aspen Plus was applied to simulate the distillation process.The industrial experiment device containing three towers for distillation and separation was designed to fulfill the prospective effect.The mass fraction of durene and 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene obtained reaches 67.52% and 98.19% respectively.The purity of durene can reach above 95% after being re-crystallized with toluene.
