摘要
针对现有柔性线路板测试存在测试速度较慢,操作较复杂,适应性较差的问题,提出一种基于ARM的柔性线路板快速测试仪的设计。该系统以LPC2103为控制核心,设计多通道模拟开关模块、测试数据的采集和处理模块、通信模块及显示和按键等模块实现对柔性线路板快速测试,并针对测量、解算的数据不是很稳定,运用数据线性化处理完成数据的处理,试验结果表明该系统测量速度快,灵敏度高,稳定性好,具有很好的应用前景。
Aimed at the testing speed of existing flexible LCD is slower,it is more complex,poorer adaptability,a kind of flexible PCB based on ARM rapid tester is designed.In this system,take LPC2103 as control core,multi-channel analog switch module,test data acquisition and processing module,communication module,display and buttons of flexible LCD module are designed.Aimed that the rapid tests for measuring and calculation of the data is not very stable,data linearization is used to complete the management of data.The experimental results show that this system has high measuring speed high sensitivity,good stability,has good applicable prospects.
