摘要
目的探讨蒂部宽度及其结构对兔浅静脉-皮神经营养血管远端筋膜蒂皮瓣成活的影响。方法用新西兰大白兔建立腓肠神经-小隐静脉营养血管远端筋膜蒂皮瓣模型,设计7种不同蒂宽,观察术后7d皮瓣成活率。结果组6(蒂宽0.5cm,蒂部含皮神经、浅静脉及其营养血管网)、组7(蒂宽1.0cm,由组6蒂部两侧各旁开0.25cm)皮瓣成活率明显高于其它各组(P<0.01),两组间皮瓣成活率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论包含浅静脉、皮神经及其营养血管的完整蒂部是浅静脉-皮神经营养血管远端筋膜蒂皮瓣成活的关键。
Objective To investigate the role of pedicle width and construction in survival of distal fasciocutaneous flap with superficial vein-cutaneous nerve nutrient vessels in rabbits.Methods New Zealand white rabbits were used to establish the distal fasciocutaneous flaps with small saphenous vein-sural nerve nutrient vessels.Seven types of flaps were designed,and the survival rates of these flaps were observed.Results The survival rates of Group 6(the pedicles were 0.5 cm in width and included cutaneous nerve,superficial vein and nutrient vessels) and Group 7(the pedicles were 1.0 cm in width) were higher than those of other groups(P0.01),but there was no statistical significance between them(P0.05).Conclusion The intact pedicle including cutaneous nerve,superficial vein and nutritional vessels is pivotal for the survival of distal fasciocutaneous flap.
