摘要
通过小鼠游泳试验,在训练4周后紧接成绩测试的过程中,分别采用单纯益气养阴法和前3周益气养阴后1周益气温阳序贯的方法调节机体功能,提高运动能力,并比较序贯法和单纯益气养阴法对小鼠运动应激能力和体能恢复的促进作用。实验结果提示:两种方法均能提高小鼠运动能力。序贯法提高运动应激能力的作用超过益气养阴法,而益气养阴法促进体能恢复的作用优于序贯法。
The experiments were carried out in mice to investigate the effect of actional Chinese medicine methed with identifying Pattems and determining treatment on regulating exrcise capeity during two exercise stages (training and testibg ). The animals weredivided into three groups: (l )control group :mice only accepted endurance swimming training for 4 weeks; (2)boosting Qi and nourishing Yin(BQNY) group: exercise with boosting Q and nourishing Yin treatment during all the experimental period;(3)con- bining boosting Qi and nourishing Yin with boosting Qi and warming Yang group : the face were drinistetal boosting Qi and nourishing Yin for 3 weeks and changing with boosting Qi and warming Yang for next one week. The results showed that two methods allcan improve exercise capacity of mice. But effect of combining method in improveing exercise she capacity seemed to be better thanthat of only with hoing Qi and nourishing Yin method. And the latter in Promoting recovery Of Physical capacity was more advanced than that Of the former.
