摘要
为了探讨运动性疲劳的中医学机理以及寻求安全有效的消除运动性疲劳的中药复方制剂,设计了强化训练导致疲劳的大鼠模型,用组织化学方法及细胞光度测定法,对运动疲劳状态下的大鼠骨骼肌的酸性磷酸酶活性和糖元含量,以及应用理气扶正类中药复方对改善运动性疲劳的作用进行了研究。结果表明:理气、扶正类中药“体复康”能有效地减少运动应激对骨骼肌的损伤,以及迅速恢复肌糖元的含量,对提高机体的有氧代谢能力及消除运动性疲劳有良好的作用。
In order to Probe into the mechedsm of Traditiotal Chinese medicine theory in exercise fatigue and to explore an effective Chinese medical compound for clearing up exercise fatigue, a SD rat madel of intensive physical training was conducted and the changesof held phocphatase achvities and glycogen concentration of skeletal muscle (deep quadriceps femoris) in rats and the effects of Chinese medical compound on exercise-induced fatigue were studied by cytophotometry. The results showed that Traditional Chinesemedicine of "strengthenign the functions of spleen and liver systems and replenishing 'qi'could accelerate the repair of DOMDfrom exercise stress, furthermore improve the ability of Oxygen consumption and clearing up exercise-induced fatigue.
