摘要
采用S-570型扫描电镜和RM-6200多道生理记录仪观察分析了不同运动条件下心肌间质胶原形态重塑和心肌舒缩性能的变化。结果表明,一般运动负荷导致心肌细胞与间质胶原同步增长,心肌舒缩性能增强;长期运动超负荷导致心肌细胞与间质胶原不成比例增长,间质胶原过度增生,心肌舒缩性能受到较严重损伤。心室内压的±d2P/d2P/dt2max是反映心肌舒缩性能较敏感的指标。
