摘要
文章对高尔夫运动损伤的种类和原因进行了深入分析,并在此基础上相应提出了预防高尔夫运动损伤的一些措施:改变传统观念,加强预防意识;加强身体训练;运动前进行热身运动;注意运动间歇的放松;打完球后注意放松;加强容易损伤部位的锻炼。
This article analyses the kinds and reasons of golf injuries. Based on that, this paper brings forward some measures of preventing golf injuries: changing the traditional ideas, strengthening prevention awareness; doing more physical training; warming up before doing exercise; trying to relax oneself in sports intermission; loosening oneself up after sports; doing more exercises to strengthen the fragile part.
