摘要
目前对非正式组织的研究主要集中在人际层次的关注,而对具有利益冲突性质的非正式组织缺乏足够的重视。随着社会经济的发展,利益性非正式组织不仅在组织内部广泛存在,而且扩展到了社会层面。近年来,由劳资矛盾、集体争议引发的群体性事件增速明显,正是利益性非正式组织在社会层面的反映。利益性非正式组织的有社会层面和组织层面二个方面的形成原因。加强对利益性非正式组织的管理和监控,应该创造组织共同的价值观;构建科学合理的组织制度;注重对利益性非正式组织领导人的引导;加强政府宏观管理的协调。
By now, most of the researches on the informal organization have been focused on the interpersonal level, but they didn' t pay enough attention to the informal organization with the interest conflict properties. With the social and economic development, the informal organization with its interest is widely existing in the formal organization, and extending to the social level. In recent years, mass incidents have increased significantly because of labor relations and collective disputes. These phenomena are the social reflection of the informal organization. Strengthening the management and monitoring of the informal organization with its interest should create the organization' s common values, build a scientific and rational system of organization, strengthen the guidance of the leaders of the informal organization with its interest, and strengthen the coordination of the government' s macro management.
