对油田节能监测工作的探讨与思考

Discussion about Monitoring Energy Conservation in Oilfield

节能监测站按照上级部门的"高起点、高标准、高素质"的要求,以计量认证复查换证工作为重点,以"五大"系统能效监测工作为中心,从班子建设、队伍建设、人员培训、基础资料管理等工作入手,建立健全各项管理制度,加强监测、安全、质量、设备等管理工作,规范工作程序及行为,各项工作取得显著成效。今后主要做好五个方面的工作:一是提高认识,深刻领会节能监测在油田节能降耗中的重要作用。二是建立健全节能监测网络,促进五大系统日常监督监测工作的顺利开展。三是出台节能监测相关制度,确保油田能源利用效率的提高。四是采取有效考核机制,加强企业做好节能降耗工作的自觉性。五是增强节能监测业务能力和水平,更好地服务于油田生产。

In the light of the superior authority＇s call for ＂high starting point,high standard and high quality＂,energy saving supervision station focuses on the reexamination and exchange of metrological certification and supervision over energy efficiency of five systems,establishes and improves management systems starting with the work including leading group construction,team development,personnel cultivation as well as basic data management,strengthens management on supervision,security,quality and equipment and normalizes the work procedures,all of which has been done effectively.Next,the station will do a good job in five aspects as follows：1.to deepen the understanding of energy saving supervision＇s key role in oilfields action for energy saving and cost reducing.2.to complete monitoring network for promoting five systems to carry on daily supervision over energy conservation,3.to work out relevant system to ensure that efficiency can be raised in using energy.4.to adopt effective assessment mechanism to enhance the awareness of energy conservation work.5.to improve professional ability and level to better serve production in oilfield.
