西南成品油管道河池—陆桥段猫场河悬索管桥设计探讨

摘要 悬索管桥是采用抛物线形主缆索悬挂于塔架上,并绕过塔顶在两岸锚固,管道用不等长的吊杆(吊索)挂于主缆上,输气管道受力简单,适合于大口径管道的跨越。猫场河跨越管道已经安全运行5年,各项变形检测均控制在规范之内。从悬索管桥的建设实践来看,取得了不少成功的经验,通过了施工和生产运行检验,显示了其经济合理、安全可靠的优越性。 Suspension pipe bridge hangs on the tower by using parabolic main cable,bypassing tower top to be anchored on both sides of the river.Pipeline is suspended to the main cable with slings of different length The pipeline spanning Maochang river has been in safe operation for five years,various deformation testing being controlled within standard Much experience has been got from the success in the course of building suspension pipe bridges which have passed construction and production run testing and have shown their advantages of economic rationality and safety.
