摘要
培养锻炼青年干部是油田发展的需要,应注重当前,着眼长远。提高沟通能力、协调能力、创新能力是锻炼青年干部的基本要求。下基层任职锻炼、安排关键岗位压担子、多层次和多方位培养、加强交流并精心管理、有计划进行理论培训、全方位关心是锻炼青年干部的有效方式。
Oilfield growth requires tempering young cadres.The author advocates not only focusing on the present but eyeing the future in practice.Improving communication and coordination skills as well as innovation ability is the basic requirement for tempering young cadres.The effective ways include letting them hold a post at the basic level or giving them heavier responsibilities in key position,cultivating them in multi-level and multi-aspect,strengthening communication with them,training them on theory in a planed way and giving them an all-round concern.
