个体视角下的辅导员专业化发展

The Professional Development of Counselors from Personal Perspectives

经济全球化、信息化、网络化的加速以及高校内部管理体制改革的步伐加快,给新形势下高校学生工作带来了明显的不适应。走专业化发展道路,是解决高校学生工作所面临的问题的一条有效途径。本文通过分析辅导员个体专业化发展的基础,列举当前辅导员个体专业化发展中存在的问题,提出了辅导员个体专业化发展的途径。

With the fast growth of economic globalization and information technology usage,the reform of college internal management institutions had also gained speed which caused trouble in handling student affairs.Specialized training is a viable method to address the student cultivation problems.This paper had analyzed the features of the counselors＇ professional development through the exemplifications of this profession＇s problems and proposed the corresponding solutions.
