油田就业人员培训存在的问题和改进措施

摘要 石油企业同我国其它绝大部分国企类似,经历着企业富余员工分离到失业人员再就业安置这样一个特殊历史阶段。在对失业人员再就业安置工作中,学历水平较高或有一技之长的失业人员的安置起来比较容易,但对于那些文化程度低、无一技之长、年龄偏高的失业人员安置再就业就比较困难。对失业人员进行再就业培训就是提高其技能和综合素质的一种有效途径。文章分析油田再就业培训的现状,提出增强再就业培训实效的措施。 As most of the state-owned companies,petroleum industry is also experiencing a particular period of time concerning streamlining redundant employees and the relocation of the lay-offs.It's not so difficult to get new jobs for those lay-offs who are well educated or skilled however the others who are neither qualified nor young any more may find it hard to get an employment Occupational training offers a good option for the inferior unemployed to improve their skills and qualificatioa This essay had analyzed the occupational training in Jianghan and accordingly proposed measures to improve it
