摘要
人才资源已成为最重要的战略资源,员工培训可以提高员工的技术层次、知识水平、业务技能及岗位适应性变等能力,也是实现企业战略的重要途径和手段。阐述了江汉采油厂培训工作存在的问题,为进一步促进培训工作健康发展,提高培训效果,提出了一些有效措施和建议。
Talents are the most important strategic resources.Through staff training program,employees can obtain better skills,professional know-how and improve their performance and adaptability.Moreover,the company can also carry out its strategy through specialized trainings.This paper pointed out the problems in the training program of Jianghan Oil Production Plant and accordingly came up with measures to facilitate sound development of training programs.
