班组考核激励是强化基层班组建设,提升企业基础管理水平的有效手段。强化基层班组考核激励工作必须制定行之有效的考核办法和细则,坚持公开公正、客观真实、严肃认真地开展考核兑现工作,切实发挥好考核的激励作用和鞭策作用,充分激发企业基层员工的工作热情,为推进企业持续健康发展增添动力。
Issuing incentives based on the team performance play an effective role in shoring up the basic level staff building and corporate management However the incentives system must be preceded by workable evaluation methods carried out in the manner of transparency,equity,objectivity and earnest Only the wise implementation of the incentives could bring the working staff into full play so that the company can achieve a sound and sustainable development.
