30例复发性带状疱疹临床分析

30 Cases Clinical Analyzer of Recurrent Herpes Zoster

目的了解复发性带状疱疹的发病及诊疗方法,回顾分析2001年7月至2010年9月复发性带状疱疹患者的临床资料。方法收集30例复发性带状疱疹的临床资料,对其发病和治疗情况进行临床分析。结果 30例患者中28例复发1次,2例复发2次,所有患者复发前均有感冒、劳累或睡眠差等诱因。70～80岁患者居多,经静脉滴注更昔洛韦等治疗后,所有患者均恢复正常。结论为准确了解带状疱疹复发病机制,对初发和复发的临床症状差异有更明确的了解,有必要对每一位就诊的初发带状疱疹患者进行前瞻性的随访。

Objective To understand occurrence and treatment of recurrent herpes zoster by retrospectively analyzing the clinical records of herpes zoster patients from July 2001 to September 2010.Method Collected from 30 patients with recurrent herpes zoster information.The occurrence and treatment of clinical analysis of the situation.Results Out of 30 cases,28 patients experienced recurrence once and 2 cases twice.Triggering factors such as cold,tiredness or poor sleep were noted before all recurrences.Most of the patients were 70-80 years of age.All the patients recovered after intravenous infusion of Ganciclovir.Conclusion Prospective follow-up of every attending patient on the initial onset of herpes zoster is needed for determining the recurrent mechanism and the different clinical symptoms between the initial and recurrent onset.
