摘要
目的 :研究诺迪康对高脂血症大鼠血症及脂蛋白的影响。方法 :用高脂饲料喂服雄性wistar大鼠 ,复制高脂血症大鼠模型。连续灌胃给药 10d后采血 ,测定血清甘油三脂 (TG) ,总胆固醇 (TC) ,高密度脂蛋白 (HDL C) ,计算低密度脂蛋白LDL C)。结果 :与高脂模型组比 ,诺迪康 1 0 0、0 5 0、0 2 5g/kg均能明显降低高脂血症大鼠TC、TG、LDL C、(p <0 0 5p <0 0 1) ,诺迪康 1 0 0、0 5 0g/kg也能升高HDL C。结论 :诺迪康能降低高脂血症大鼠TC、TG、LDL C而升高HDL C。
Aim: To Study the effects of Nuo Di Kang on blood lipid and lipoprotein in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods:By the way of feeding high lipid diet to Wister rats to make out hyperlipidemia rats model. Total serum cholesterol(TC), Triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL C) content and low density lipoprotein(LDL C) content were measured. Results:TC, TG, and LDL C in hyperlipidemia rats serum were significantly reduced by Nuo Di Kang(p<0.05 or p<0.01, compared with hyperlipidemia rat model) in both 1.00, 0.50 and 0.25g/kg Nuo Di Kang treated groups. On the other hand, Nuo Di Kang 1.00, 0.50g/kg treated groups could make HDL C higher than the hyperlipidemia model rats. Conclusions: Nuo Di Kang could reduce TC, TG, LDL C but increase HDL C in hyperlipidemia rats.
